Great opportunities for young IT grad students that is looking to get a door in the IT trade

Your responsibilities start with the simplest of tasks. Daily admin. Follow-up of prior jobs, completion of requests, Follow up and closing on "deal" / " Quotes". Attend to meeting / Emails / stock / quote requests. Promote products / brands and promotion items. Communicate with accounts, opening of new accounts account annyalyses= / account development + sales staff training. It all carries through and contributes to a full customer satisfaction experience. I have learned to deal with many different business models / customer "preferences" in individual environments. And most importantly how to read a customer's needs and present a suitable solution.

Pros: Solid long standing Company. many great years of sales and service. Product development and staff upliftment

Team work, customer service - customer satisfaction, paying attention into details.

Working for Mustek Ltd: Day to day work - to provide good service to the customer, deliver in time. I have a good relationship with my co-workers, we work hand in hand - we assist one another by communicating. I have learn to be independent. i enjoy to deliver in time for my customers. At Mustek we do not keep stock in house - so i need to order and do the follow up with the suppliers to deliver in time before the ETA. The challenge is for me to deliver to my customers in time, so i keep records of my orders in order to make the follow up's on when am i getting the parts and i keep my diary updated to see what is outstanding. even if the order is delaying i keep my customers updated on when are they getting their parts.

Pros: Got to deal with the product that i never though i will work with - got the good experience and exposure to lot of things.
Cons: working long hours.

Excellent learning curve

Working at Mustek LTD has done a great deal with regards to my technical IT experience and served as an excellent learning curve - which I enjoy everyday. I work well with my peers and help wherever needed. I've learnt that every PC, notebook, POS system and/or printer is FIXABLE if economically feasible rather than it being non-repairable. What I enjoy most is the satisfaction I can give to clients when repairing their units and gaining trust in our Company in return for their PC repairs. What challenges myself is that of when I'm unsure of the repair procedure when dealing with international brands such as Acer, MSi, Asus. PosiFlex, etc. with regards to their complex repair systems when ordering parts for a repair.

It's Challenging and being introduced to new Technology everytime, Client interaction

It's a good company to work for and to learn at the same time. New Technology and nelnew products many departments for teach yourself about new business and products and physical building of desktops and assembling of Laptops.

Excellent learning platform

Sales focused and service driven. We are a happy bunch and enjoy giving one another a tough time or teasing the other. The company is a JSE listed company, so the opportunity to grow is ripe. I have learnt many valuable lessons from sales to technical phrases of the ICT industry. It is truly a valuable learning curve to have bene part of this company.

Excellent working environment

My typical work starMy typical work starts with allocarion of drivers, monitoring flow of orders and signing off deliveries. i have to be customer focused, attend to detail and delaing with difficult customers. i enjoy team work and the environment. favourable always. no challenges with my work due to lot experience gained in this position.ts
