Good Learing curve

It's always hard being on sales, but with the great motivation that you carry within you it makes everything run smoothly. The industry on it's own is challenging because it's a sales business, there for you needo to pull your A game all the time. Things I have learnt 1. Always stay positive 2. The attitude you brought when you came to work will give you the results. 3. Being on top of the game all the time.. 4. Multitasking 5. Hungry for business or the drive to want to make more. 6. Learnt to be able to manage rejunctions. Challenges 1. Ending a driveway with no business sale. 2. Month end rejections 3. Making bus inessential or another month while these are gap on the target set. 4. Leads sources not pleasing

Exceeding targets set

For me working at this company has been a great learning experience, everyday brings new challenges and a chance for consistency. I have learnt that in all working environments there different challenges, i have also learnt that it is important to have good relationships with your clients and also to maintain such relationship for future purposes. I really enjoyed learning about the day to day challenges of other individuals and i also enjoyed earning production incentives as part of motivation for a day's target reached or exceeded.
