Excellent workplace, energy and overall vibe.
The company I am currently employed at is a fantastic workplace, it is fun and exciting with high energy and good stress levels. I have learned so much about the telecommunications industry in the time I have been here and the company has amazing employees. I have a good relationship with all my colleagues and we have great respect for one another. The most challenging aspect of my job actually has very little to do with internal factors and it is nothing we do not handle as a team. My employer is very supportive and allowed me to grow within the company for which I am grateful and I will recommend the company to anyone.

Cons: Long and demanding working hours.

Promoted to Quality Assurance
MFA is the most relax environment in any sales environment there is pressure however it all depends on an individual how you manage that. Relationship with co-woker is quite challenging but with the experience that I acquired during my your working with the company I was able get along easily. I have learnt the process that goes through insurance company from sales to QA. I enjoyed being a QA Manager. Challenges were having to speak to different people different languages

Excellent learning curve
Learning to communicate with customers Deal with different customers and characters. Typical part of working when you dont reach daily target. I enjoyed working with different characters and learned to handle them and their behaivours and learn also from clients.
Pros: To be a team leader
Cons: working hours from 08:30 to 17:30

Excellent learning experience
Arranging the payment of all staff Salaries through the computerized payroll system (VIP) Calculating and recording sickness payments and processing time sheets Calculating payroll from timesheets and general payroll administration Ensuring that all staff are paid on time Maintaining accurate records of sick, annual, maternity and family responsibility leaves Attaching new employees to VIP Answering queries from staff or external bodies promptly Undertaking calculations relating to payroll queries, over payment and leaves Completing UI19 forms Handling of HR matters internally Time keeping Maintain human resources records by recording all new hires
