Excellent Opportunity

My days begin with numerous employees needing assistance and i'm required to provide solutions effectively with the least amount of time used. i have learnt more about Remote servers and i enjoy being the hero in difficult situations, feeling appreciated. The most challenging aspects mostly come with Remote servers and our firewall but i love finding a solution at all costs.

Easy to adapt

I have a good relationshing with my colleagues and more specially with my suppliers. I have learnt a lot in this financial industry things like improving my understanding in procurement processes and procedures. and also improving my negotiating skills. The most challenging aspects is when suppliers miss some little things whe given the specifications.

-Making sure all administrative duties are completed to the highest standard. -Updating systems with all relevant information. -Using bespoke databases to undertake checks on 3rd parties. -Ensure that client queries and requests are dealt with. -Task driven with a high level of attention to detail to pension funds act. -Maintain good relationships with clients and participating Employers. -Draft documents/client reports spreadsheets and presentations with minimal peer review or input from support staff. -Call management of both Inbound and Outbound -Target driven

Good company

Great exposure and experience gained. Challenged by my work and friendly environment. I learnt a lot that had added to my experience. Paid well too. Diary management and to be the first contact of the office, hardworking individual that enjoyed long working hours and the challenges

Excellent opportunity to learn

Mvunonala holdings was a great company to work for but the advancement or opportunities to advance were minimal. A typical day would begin with calls to assist colleagues with any computer related issues and to implement new changes with regards to how the IT department is run
