Excellent Learning curve
A day at MWEB is very busy and attaining information from work management can be challenging as this is where you get most of the information. Co workers are the biggest part of why I stayed so long at MWEB as they were the stepping stone of growth. I have learnt that two heads are better than one and when you have three or more then you and your team can be a force to be reckoned with. Team spirit was very valuable and very rewarding. I especially enjoyed the benefits the company has to offer as this was one of the main attractions why I wanted to work at MWEB. The biggest challenge I had to overcome was realising that I would not be able to obtain new opportunities or be able to grow. I have so much to offer and being passed by for every promotion and seeing the company hiring outside and not even selecting a co worker really crushed me.

Good learning curve
A typical work day is busy as your KPI's keep you at your desk Co workers are awesome helpful and always there when you need assistance. I've learnt that two heads are better than one and if the team sticks together they can be powerful and assist with company changes. I enjoyed the playful energy when we had our company functions because there you get to see the real personalities behind the work façade. the most challenging part of being enlisted at MWEB is that you get looked over for any promotions and opportunities

Good learning curve

• Acquiring new customer sales through the Retail store and promotions and • Up-selling existing customers from narrowband products to a variety of converting to sales. • Broadband solutions and/or a combination of various products and services offered by MWEB Connect. • Providing exceptional product knowledge on a variety of MWEB Connect • In outlet: – accountable for cash and stock – accountable for sales – • Manage the following: – Warranties – Repairs – Returns • Monitor and report against asset register. • Liaison with support teams internally on any problem areas. • Keep abreast with the latest technology and packages on offer via training.

At MWEB I have learned that I am able to sell anything to anyone
It is very restrictive working at this company. I have had such high hopes that I would be be a free thinker and be innovative. After a month I realised that the company's ideals do not match the reality of the work environment. Colleagues often warned me not to speak up question or come forward with new ideas as it would be shut down. I was very surprised as I love working in companies where I can contribute to it's success that would make me feel that I have worth and a sense of belonging. What I enjoy is the team pulling together when times got really tough and assisting one another when challenges arrives.

Exceptional management skills
Very busy environment, day planning very difficult and outages desrupt one's dailly plan and not enough opportunities to grow into other parts of the business.

Excellent learning curve
It is a busy and bold company, there are always deadlines and everyone is always busy, dealing with customers or their orders, running around for feedback and assistance from other employees, I for one learn a new thing each day.

Excellent learning curve and experience gained
mweb is a fun environment to work in. mostly people are self managed as everyone understand why there are there. its energetic and exciting, everyone knows everyone, hardly any drama. what I learnt the most is how to deal with different individuals and create a bond with them by embracing differences in culture, religion and work ethic. Target is always the most challenging part but we somehow make it with each others support and constant motivation from management. we all have goals and we all did all we can to reach them.
Pros: wonderful fun enviroment with mature individuals.
