Excellent experience in communication

I have learnt to communicate with management, staff and clients alike. This position has taught me punctuality, reliability and resilience. The ability to shield those who rely on you even when are not responsible for the outcome or the situation. Being in charge means that whatever the team does, you are responsible whether or not you are involved, therefore it is important to have clearly defined roles.

Challenging and exciting

At Myganet we are a close and vibrant company that is still starting up, we deal mainly with assisting electrical engineering students with P1 in-service training and and assist them in finding placements for P2. The relationship between employees is friendly and warm. The position of facilities manager is about mailing sure that all facilities and training equipment is working properly and all stock is kept up to date.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn about training and student Academic development
Cons: Companies are rarely interested in assisting with P2 in-service training
