Good entry into meat wholesale
visiting existing clients, sorting out incorrect orders, dealing with clients not adhering to the order cut of time for next day delivery. very flexible hours as an on the road rep.

It's good for learning
with 17 drivers. Working in a fmcg in I'm working with 4 pickers and 4 drivers assistant with 17 drivers. Working in a fmcg in controlled temperature environment with long hours shift depending on the return of drivers temperature environment with long hours shift depending on the return of drivers

No growth opportunities
The work culture is absolutely toxic. The managers and directors do not care about the employees at all. They are very reluctant to respond to complaints especially when it comes to the big clients of the sales reps

Flexible environment
A meat company supplying to hotels, schools and restaurants. It was a flexible environment because one did not stick to work description. Where there was a gap in the office you had to slot yourself in whether it be in the butchery selling to the public, ,standing in for the receptionist or assisting in finance department or even assisting in production and logistics
Pros: Product knowledge was a must making ones work easy and less strainous
Cons: Production and despatch were freezing especially whilst doing stock taking or following up on an order

No Opportunities
-the typical work day would be my daily routine duties and communicating -My relationship with co-workers are good and professional with management -I've learnt about haccp -I enjoy the energy the workers bring daily -The most challenging would be having to deal with the harassments in the workplace.
