Operating Switch Board Screening calls Take messages when requested or required line is busy E-mail messages to relevant persons. On request - make calls for technical and sales department 2. Posting – Mail Daily and monthly mailing of invoices Receiving and dispatching of packages Phone Couriers to arrange for collection of small packages and ensure the collection is done. 3. Gained lots management experience
I'm a sales manager at Nashua, manage a team under high pressure, very high turnover in staff and theirfore very difficult to maintain high level of sales few months brilliant and some months not so great, so always under pressure and high stress levels , which I can cope with but changed our commission structure and almost impossible to earn more so theirfore looking for new challenge wear I can grow

A day at work
work hours are 8am to 5pm i get to work at 7 first start with coffee go through all my meetings making sure that i am prepared present to customers as well as discover all equipment to provide complete solution after meetings called call and door to door cavassing to make sure meetings always remain on atleast 2 a day if a deal was closed draw up all contract and order machines i work hand in hand with finance,admin and technical i never give up most important aspect in sales because i don't think there is a more stressful environment to work in and through that you must always be motivated and focused all my customers will only buy from me once they are sold to as there is a great relationship i will always make sure they know i'm taking care of there office and thats me

Opportunity to learn
This company has left me in most instances to my own devices and if I did not have the experience and character that I do have it could have been a negative experience but it has taught me a lot in this industry, it has also taught me what I would have done differently. I managed to change a few procedures to not only allow the resource staff to grow but to give them a different perspective on project completion and how to deal with certain issues that they would encounter on installations. I managed to pull the team together which is necessary for teamwork and most importantly for the overall attitude they have when they enter the workplace and the belief they have in themselves - a valued staff member will always give their best.

Excellent learning curve working with the army
My job at Nashua was to meet with client and scope projects for development. A typical work day would include starting at 8 and morning meeting with my manager, then planning my days events meeting with clients or building solutions. On mondays we plan our work for the week and follow up on meetings and deadlines that need to be met on schedule, we design solutions for a rtange of clients using wordpress, javascript, PHP and mobile applications.

Excellent comunication with clients
when I come in to work at 8, I get my desk ready for the day, the phone starts ringing. then I put the call through to the correct departments. some days its busier than others. then I get email instruction to do meter readings for 3 different districts and due dates I have a good relationship with people in general I have learnt that some printers use bigger toners than others, I don't really work with the toners directly, but it is interesting to know. the different colors and sizes. i enjoy working with different types of people it was challenging in the beginning, cause we did not get training on how everything runs. but learned as i went along. asking what to do and what goes where
