The environment and my team is very supportive, so if you need assistance or advise, people are there to help you. It's a fun place to come too, we work hard and play hard. We respect each other. We value each others opinions. We challenge each other. I sit in the business I support so it has been a huge learning experience for me in getting to understand the business better, understanding the clients and their needs. I sit on the Manco team, so it's great to contribute to that forum and be part of the decision making team for the region. My role involves a lot of consulting, which I thoroughly enjoy. I enjoy the problem solving. It's always challenging to build relationships and to build trust to the extent where people trust your advice and respect you as HR. It takes a lot of hard work and perseverance

Customer centric
I deal with clients on daily bases, which has helped me to grow. This has has helped me with boosting my confidence and learning every day. I have also lent to be responsible and take accountability in everything that I do. I have built relationships with my stakeholder especially the fact that I work with a big team and have learnt to work together with my team. We have chalanges every day but I take them as they come and most learn from them. Thank you

Excellent

Nedbank Private Wealth (Head Office)
Excellent learning environment, great relationship with my team. However slim chances of promotion and the business have silo mentality and the average age at the company is very high i.e 51.

Work environment not conducive
Short staffed. Family life is unsupported Work environment is toxic If you complain,you are singled out No innovation ,there's a lot of victimisation. the systems are dated and equipment doesn't work well but you are expected to perform at full capacity

A typical South African bank
It is nice to work with a neat and close team. A typical work day involves assisting private bankers and assistants with FICA, high risk reviews etc. The downside is that the bank doesn't have faith in black people in particular. The national demographics are far from reflecting a true South Africa. Progress has been made in previous years, but it is celebrated as an achievement rather than a corrective measure.

Company only promotes white people. Transformation is not taken seriously. Although in other divisions like retailtransformation is very crucial and visible

Good communicating skills
Team work in order to achieve department goals. To give feed back to client about their request and take wright document for fica purposes. You must know you client needs and apdate client information on the system regularly in order to control momey laundering. Obey government fica act at all time. Learn on your mistakes and use previous achieve methods to solve problem. Working hand in hand with you team and appraise your fellow colleagues when they excel in their daily job description and specification. Do not bring your personal matters at work. Be polite , calm and except your mistakes because you will learn from it. Smile and friendly at all times and try to motivate staff. Be open
