I have more than 5 years experience working as an HR officer/administration contact. Currently I am unemployed as my contract expired. During my contract I gained valuable knowledge and experience to handle the HR duties independently and also in a team work. I am hereby applying for employment in the field of HR .

Professionalism.

I am a procurement office meaning i communicate with different suppliers daily, which is a challenge. When it comes to work i am very professional, i relate well with individual irrespective of age, gender, culture and race. We different backgrounds and different attitudes. I enjoy meeting deadlines, problem solving, and communication. Late requests are the most challenging aspects, but i ensure that i multitask to complete what is requested from the department.

Pros: Growing to the next level.
Cons: 8hours per day

Excellent Learning Curve

I work at a satelite office, there are only four of us so there are no boundries on our jobs. We do what needs to be done. I am second in charge in the office so if my boss is aways (which is pretty often) then I run the centre. I design and write course material, lecture, manage staff and sometimes I make coffee. I love working with people and I have learnt that we all have different skills and different life experiences. Different is not bad or good it is just different and so we need to meet people where they are and help them from their perspective and not from our own.

Pros: Small diverse centre to a lot of room for personal growth
Cons: Little to no scope for promotion
