I am a well organised woman, who strive for the best, believing in doing it right the first time.
We provide service to our members, give them first call resolution, process and pay their claim effectively and efficiently. Capture new business accurately and make follow ups until the application is live. Member education to our walk on clients about our products, e.g what are the requirements, who can join and advise them on their monthly premiums and the waiting periods and the risk of not paying the premiums and what to do if there were insufficient funds on the debit order date. Treat all our customers fair and with respect. The most part of my job I enjoy it is when I exceed the client's expectations e.g. the claim turn around time is 24-48 hours and the claim get paid 3 -4 hours from the time of submitting the claim and reaching my target. The hardest part of my job is when I cannot satisfy a client or a member due to scheme rules being applied or certain exclusions being implemented.
Pros: Going out of my way e.g one client got news that her sister passed on. I had to drove her home just to make sure that she was well and home safe.
Cons: being a morning person I am always at work an hour before my starting time

Excellent working environment
I work in a fast pace environment ,working with different departments from sales to compliance and new business.I have a good relationship with my colleagues .I enjoy working with people and contribute towards achieving common goal .As an innovative person , I love being in a winning team .

Nice exprience to work there
As a senior premium administrator I am responsible for collection of premiums on a daily process and reconcile montly to see what is outstanding and what was not received and make sure that premiums are received.

Good understanding of the industry
All the colleagues are friendly to each other. Working wo hours are norm. The level of communication is very high ( very professional) from junior to executives. on to the seniors is great.
