This taught me that working with communities you widen your scope and learn new things.

My main duties at NICRO, is to interact andi I assist people who in conflict with the law, such as statutory cases and diversions. I have more than 6 years working as an admin/receptionist at NICRO

I always have a busy day , because everyday I have to open more than five file a day, and make appointment for my social workers I have a good relationship with my co workers, we turn to share a specially bond I have learn a lot from my superior, colleague and also from client. I learnt that you have to be honest with you feeling do not keep what is eating you inside, and I also gain so much form my work, I know how to handle a busy environment, what I enjoy the most I working with social work you get a free counselling each and everyday, I enjoy working with clients and also I love what I do being the face of NICRO. Most challenge that I have to face client who are frustrated

Excellent learning experience

I have learnt a lot in the years spent at Nicro. The company has taught me the importance of always working as a team.As colleagues we were always there and willing to step in for each other when there is a need to do so.

Boosted my self esteem and my community skills while working with people

IT WAS A VERY FRIENDLY WORKING ENVIRONMENT, CLICKED WELL WITH MY COLLEAGUES. LEARNT A LOT ABOUT COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND HOW TO HANDLE OFFENDERS WHO COMMITTED CRIME FOR THE FIRST TIME . WHAT I ENJOYED MOST WAS MULTITASKING MOST OF THE WORK WITHOUT BEING SUPERVISED, ALWAYS DO A WORK BY MYSELF BECAUSE I LIKED IT
