I work with a lovely bunch of individuals. We are like a family. I enjoy the buzz and being so busy that one doesn't even notice how the time flies. The most challenging currently is staying positive and to motivate my team members to stay positive through the retrenchment we are all going through. Being patient through knowledge transfer has also taught me allot. I am thankful for the opportunity to have been able to learn this skill. Chat soon.

I am a good team player and also have the ability to develop and maintain co-operative relationship with diverse range of staff and provide high quality service delivery. I have sound verbal and written communication skills, and also have the ability to identify research and analyse issues and propose viable solutions. Dedication and honesty are my greatest virtues. These are some of the attributes I would like to bring in your company The current Job requires someone with Software, Quality and Technical ability(Data/Equipment Qualification Specialist is my Positing),I have to multi task in make sure the lab complies to quality and that analyst get the help and assistance they need and I must also qualify and calibrate instruments. I am a self-driven and self-motivated individual who always gives my best effort in making my tasks successful. I work well individually and in a team as evident in the strong results by the Sandoz Manufacturing team under my leadership. I take it upon myself to continuously develop myself and gain better understanding of topics that I am not clear on or further interest me. Having spent the last 8 years in Sandoz/Novartis, moving from being a production pharmacist to a production manager and lastly to the head of manufacturing, I’d like to further grow and develop myself in the commercial function and I believe I have a solid grounding to give me a leading advantage at an ever evolving organizations.

Good employer
My current role as regional general manager includes overseeing regional operations , administration of financial systems (budgets, reporting and forecasts), Capex implementation, regional marketing, regional human resources, regional distribution & logistics, regional strategic objectives (short and long term), regional projects management and health and safety regulations. I have a demonstrated ability in general & extensive operations management in th you in further detail.

My experience thus far
I have an 8 working day, that includes seeing doctors and pharmacists to sell and market primary care medicines My day also includes doing admin such as expense claims, logging calls etc. I have a really good working relationship with both management and my colleagues. I've come to learn a lot about the industry, from manufacturing all the way to creating marketing campaigns for a product. I've learned good people skills as my job requires this. I enjoy the challenge of creating a case for why my product is the best and most suitable to use, this is not easy so it provides me with a healthy challenge to tackle each and I love it. Perhaps all of the pharmaceutical industry currently faces really big challenges where medical aids and funders are concerned, and I'm no different.
Pros: Great scope for growth and development and as well career progression
Cons: It is a big multinational so sometimes it is highly regulated.

Life of a medical sales rep
On daily basis a call on pharmacies to educate them about my product, count stock and put through orders when they give me to about 8 pharmacies per day.The importance of making relationships and earning trust. I also learnt how to apply integrity when my values were challenged. What I enjoy about the job is the flexible hours and the independence about the job. What challengesme most about the job is objection handling and moving on from a 'bad call' to the next without carrying the baggage from the last call.
Pros: Mentorship for Senior positions, Good salary, work/ life flexibility
Cons: Sometimes having functions in weekend such as CPD events.

Great work culture, good learning opportunity
Has a wide range of health solutions, great opportunity to interact with a wider range of stakeholders. Great and evolving work culture with the space to speak up and contribute to strategy. Great support and interaction across entire the corporate ladder. Wide country cover - whole of SADC is both exciting and challenging as each market has its own regulatory and commercial 'face'

Working at my previous company was good until I got retrenched July 2020 due to covid 19, employers and employees work hand working for the company was a privilege nd.in hand together

Fast passed results driven.
No flexibility and very strict on monthly and weekly planners. This is not always possible as doctors are on leave, sick or even unavailable. The company is very ethical and no promotional material available that compromise the doctors accessibility.
Pros: Very ethical
Cons: No family life
