Learning curve and then retrenched
I am in charge of 10 people and on a daily base we will assist clients in adding things on their insurance policies and make corrections. tell them about increases and attempt to get discount from the insurer. Assist in claims report and appointing assessors and getting all the needed documentation so that it can be send for finalization. Assist the client in either authorization or agreement of loss documents. Most challenging is clients that doesn't understand excess and the explanations. As most clients is first time buyers it is our duty to educate THEM
Pros: I am a hard worker and really is an assist to any company
Cons: should i work long hours i want to know in advance

Duties done
-built good relationship with other employees. -i was doing amendments basically answer calls and assist clients with their daily queries. -i have learnt that working together as a team make you have new ideas of how to deal with queries. -i had some few challenges in the beginning reson being that most client would insult us on the phone,so i told myself that i must not take it personally as the client is angry at that current moment and i must learn to keep the client come.
