Since doing this job I have learnt to be confident, perseverance, great sales person
My job requires a independent person, sales driven and able to work without supervision. I usually start my days with admin, answering e mails. and follow up on outstanding queries. I will go and meet my appointments scheduled for that particular day. When I come back I follow up on leads and quotes that have been put through. Once done I cold call and set up new appointments or confirm the appointments for the following day. We support each other, if you have a client that I think a different colleague will have a better relationship or more commonality we work to gather on that particular case. We do team building together otherwise my job is 100% dependent on me Since doing this job I have learnt to be confident, perseverance, great sales person Closing a sale or helping a colleague are the highlights of my day Th most challenging thing about the job is a lack of stability

Brilliant opportunity I have and Excellent working environment
It's a challenge everyday that excites because I encounter different people's interests and demands. I have created lasting friendships in the company since I've joined OUTsurance. I have enjoyed the exposure to different business requirements and putting smiles on many of my clients. Its challenging a lot not knowing what my team will achieve in order to make money or not, handling unique elements from my team and addressing and achieving demanded targets from my GM, my COO and Head of Sales.

Brilliant opportunity I have and Excellent working environment
It's an excellent challenge for every new day at work. I have lasting friendships now. I have learnt to build and sustain my client base and maintain the high levels of professionalism within all my relationships with them. I enjoy face to face interaction, leading by example, addressing small and big issues with my team. Handling complaints from time to time even though most of the time I refer them to relevant departments

Good working experience
The typical day would be the building of sales, driving of incentives, and the aggressive selling of the product. Often enough, would have good communication with client, receive information on 'new strategies,' and the implementation of growth within the company.
