No learning

Small company making lot of money and paying workers less money. Working long hours promised overtime end up getting none.they always moes us to pay damages we do not know.workers are always complaining and they do not find solutions. It qualifies to be a logistics but they do not act,. There is nothing to learn but to be condemned and I'm loosing focus I wanna make my future bright.

Excellent learning curve

I am a strong energetic young man who is self-motivated, not scared of work and eager to learn as much as possible, I respect my superiors and colleagues. I can get along with people different cultures and can come up with new good ideas to improve my work environment. My work is my passion; I have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. I am flexible in the work place and I can go the extra mile to get the job finished and up to the standards set by the company. I take all challenges head on and I want to grow in the company
