Excellent learning curve for me

I`m an hard working person very eager to learn new things. I work extras for my company. Department of education is a huge department and is having deferent divisions, I work in an Administration area where I work sometimes as Principal`s personal assistant, I type a large volume of Question papers, test, Data capturing of learners teachers and staff as well allocating space for learners to classes. I inter act with public like Parents and guests learners as well. There`s a time where we work overtime pushing to meet deadlines. we normally attend meetings and training on the system we are working with I`ve leant to work with difficult staff but to function very well to stay calm at all times because when you deal with some confidential document you must be very conscious about anything.

Pros: I had a great time, I think now I need to be promoted

Learning curve

to work at P.T Xulu its very good because they gave me an importance of dealing with Learners, Educators H.O.D`S and the Principal as well it is a great achievement to be part of this wonderful team. I need to make sure that every thing that I`m going to do for the day I organise every in order. Working in an Administration it`s an exciting thing working with my team is a blessing in disguise we do work smart like a Brother and a Sister we have a team building we motivate each other every day. I`ve learnt to be very strong at the office because they were time where we had to knock very late because we are trying to meet deadlines it is nice to be in the team I`m in because every time we learn we work together they are like part of my family now because we understand each other if is there any challenge that we are facing we sort it out then we continue with our daily routine as usual
