Pros: Supervising and render an effective filling. Dispatching, Process documents from archiving and disposal. Checking quality on all production during shift work. Ordering of equipment to be used during production. Reporting and capturing production daily and making sure that the environment is safe and suitable for people to work on as I am also a SHEQ (safety and health environmental quality inspector).
Cons: longer working hours

Everyday challenge and success

Working with a team of operators on different equipment is exciting and challenging at the same time, as there can be two or three breakdowns on different machines. Decision making is one of the vital aspect of the day. Over the years, i have learned about conveying a good work plan for the day, including all stake holders, that including the cleaners, its simpler for my Arial view and have everybody on-board. As day to day time and target driven environment, time is precious, the most important part of the day, all the products are out of the factory, trucks are gone, our targets are within time.

Cons: I worked shifts for the past five years
