Learning experience

The past three and a half years was a good learning experience. The department is not always consistent in terms of policies and procedures. Juniors get reprimanded while seniors get off.

Good learning experience

Very busy work environment Dynamic environment Friendly and respectful manner towards fellow colleagues I have learnt a lot from the Payroll supervisors Love the vibrant atmosphere within the payroll office My challenges are deadlines... recons... i thrive on difficult tasks Keeps my mind busy

Exponding cave

It is a big company that has a lot of challenges and opportunities and very busy. A 12 hours working and it an none stop, I gel very well with my workers as a team player so it easy to wrap the day up.

Theorectical knowledge into practical

I am working in a factory environment. Working with many people whereby mistakes happen everyday. It is very busy and demanding.I have a good relationship with my co-workers. The most challenging part, is whereby I sit in the hearing advising what outcome the Chairperson must give, because sometimes depending on the nature of misconduct you become very emotional, where you suppose to be professional.

Pros: My tasks are not limited, I perform different tasks daily

meeting new people to me is very exciting and i m not scared face challenges even if the as high vale i do cope i like speak to the workers i leaner much more the like be fluent smile to the people and facing change very quick so yes its nice

Excellent

It was a good experience to work for the company for 11 years having a good relationship with my supervisors, they were treating us nice with understanding when we came with issues they solve some of them without complaining. I was having a good relationship with my co-workers we were treating each like brothers and I learn a lot in this because it was printing company. I enjoy the most when we were working as a team helping each other when it was peak time and we must offloading and loading the trucks it was nice I enjoy that. The most challenging aspect was the pressure when we have a lot of work and we to despatch the work as fast as we can.

Excellent learning curve

since we working underpresure at the beginning I was not fine but after a month I was used to work under that pace. My relationship with co-workers was good and I leant that at work you must be attention to detail and make sure that always meet deadlines that's very important part and if you I don't understand I must ask so prevent mistakes I must always cover my self in cases like when someone deny something I must always have evidence e.g. email I enjoyed working in a diverse workplace where you learn not to discriminate others because we are all the same and the most challenging aspects is when there is a lack of communication so its not easy for me to meet the deadlines.
