My current company was a huge learning curve for me

A typical day at my work is always a rush an urgency,because of being in a production industry one always think on your feet and be able to work beyond your hours if required. I have healthy and great understanding with my colleagues both in Mechanical and electrical department. I always thought that I knew a lot about mechanical industry until I walked in to Paarl Media Cape realized that I just scraped the ice berg in the mechanical trade an it is here where I learnt much more. I enjoy learning on job most the time and gaining experience at all times. my challenging part of the job is doing my job,by that I mean making sure that all 24 machines at our company is always well maintained with the oil and grease lubrication,because that is my priority before anything else.

Pros: Great company to work for
Cons: I can't grow in my current position and doesn't seem bright moving forward

Working with people, dealing with pressure and dead lines

Working in a company that cares about people,conving them on how important it is to have funeral covers, returements, making provisions for their children, dealing with pressure and making targets

Pros: Contract being renewed because meeting my target and the way that i deal with clients
Cons: 5 hours
