I am a very hard working committed and loyal person,I have experience and knowledge of claims processing, apply scheme rules. I bring determination to see projects through to a proper conclusion. I have Grade 12,Proficient in excel, Deadline driven, Able to work without supervision, good written and verbal skills,good organizational skills, time management, target driven and attention to detail, team work and the ability to interact with various stakeholders. I have been working as a team leader for the data captures and have been a group leader for the claims assessing in the medical aid company. Ability handling queries, was dealing with queries from the hospital credit controllers and hospital case managers. Ability to work independently self-motivated person and reliable, high maturity. Able to delegate tasks, coach and support, motivate and energize, and offer structure and guidance to team members. I am computer literate (Excel, MS Word, Outlook and Internet

I realy enjoyed to work under the supervision of my managers

i am supervisor at paarlcodset PMB. i having a service of 15 years working for paarl. I can interact well with people especially my managers. I can also help the organisation to meet KPI efficiencies of every month. I also learn to obey legal instrucrion from top management.

Pros: my organisation train us on health and safety, we also received both in house and external trainings so that we can improve our work. Our organisation also tought us on how to resolve any conflict in the workplace. i also learn learn about work ethics regarding our organisation. i also learn on how to record and create jobs on MIS and shopware.
Cons: we had three shifts which are morning,afternoon and night shifts. Each shift worked eight hours which is 40 hours a week. We also worked weekends and took day offs during the week. We had 30 minute tea breaks. We also worked overtimes and public holidays.

Fast pased dealine driven

For the past 4 years I have been working as a senior web litho supervisor at Paarl Coldset PMB where I have fine tuned my skills at effectively delegating tasks, monitoring my team's performance, as well as taking care of their training and development needs. I have been commended by my current employers for playing a crucial role in the day-to-day running of their business by successfully ensuring that my shift always runs smoothly. I co-ordinate and control a team and ensure that all KPA targets are exceeded through the effective deployment, motivation and development of my staff. Excellent learning curve

Am a hard worker and i learn very well,Am willing to work shifts and am available immediately. I complete counter lift balanc I was a forklift driver at Reinmental Denel Munitions from 2016 till 30/12/2018
