Gained lot of experienced

I love Mondays, mostly because the day flies by in a flash. On a given day, during the early hours you will find me speaking to the clients, finding out - proactively - what their priorities are for the week, meeting with team for half hour to communicate the client's needs and organizing the team schedules around the client's priorities. I had an excellent professional relationship with my co-workers, which gelled quite nicely with the company environment. People assisted one another. We worked as a team to solve problems and learned new skills to reach our team objectives. My last job was excellent learning opportunity and I developed my skills and experience in numerous different ways. I have enjoyed giving direct support to senior management in a way that really makes a difference. The contribution I made is vital. A very important skill to learn is that you need to be able to talk to different people in different ways.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: The normal working time allowed is 45 hours weekly.

I've learnt a lot at Pace Car Rental. I've gained lot of experience. Working under pressure.

Problem solving skills,innovative,

It's a fast paced environment,keeps you on your toes.Everyday I learn something new.The team is very supportive and excellent to work with.There is no work strategy and I work with little information so I have to think on my feet and search for answers.Its like a puzzle and that has been an excellent learning curve as it has taught me to be more innovative ,creative and to be a problem solver.I enjoy working with people so an Hr assistant I talk to people a lot and this is what I enjoy the most and helping people.Most challenging past is there is no structure so I had to implement a structure,I work with little to no information so I have to figure out things as I go and solve problems.

Excellent experience gained.

I have learnt so much since starting working at the company. I walked in there with no experience and I was fortunate to be trained by the owner who shared his passion for the company with me. I do both credit control and collections. My typical day would involve me drawing my age, either focusing on corporates or individuals. I have been able to build relationships which I think is quite important not necessarily for my job but for the company. I thoroughly enjoy my work and I approach it as though I own the company because that's the passion I have for what I do. I enjoy building relationships, I enjoy my job as a whole, I even enjoy dealing with the difficult clients.

Pros: Opportunity to study and thus putting me in a position to grow.
Cons: Some days are emotionally exhausting.
