I am a Senior Project Planner; I have gained my experience from the following industries Construction, Petrochemical, Nuclear and Mining. I am looking for an opportunity to develop further within the construction/ engineering field and move to the next level of my career line.

Excellent

Pace has given me an opportunity to improve my skills. I really learned a lot from the team and management. From day to day operations, warming up leads. To closing sales. My reason for leaving. Is to improve my knowledge and skills. And for better career opportunities. I need to better my life. And I feel like i can only do that at a company that is more challenging and full of opportunities. I was happy with the salary I got from my job. But my experience have out here them. Now my salary hardly gets me through the month.

Pros: Offers great opportunities for young inexperienced people
Cons: The salary is low and for the workload.
