The genesis of a better tomorrow

In a nutshell I would like to think each day is filled with new challenges and tough and labour intensive work. One way or another you learn the cor principle of team work and communication. Every job comes with different challenges and obstacles but you must learn to make things work for you, every environment has its own politics but you must be governed by the companies policies, ethic, principal and values and avoid them. Every job can get boring after a while but you must learn to find ways to make it interesting everyday. As for challenging aspects I think would be getting aligned at first with the new landscape and work duties for your first day but it's all down hill after the first two days.

Pros: Learning new skills, advance in life, bring a new perspective to your team
Cons: You lose out on family, fatigue
