The company i am currently employed at, is still growing in the market and is not huge in the sense that a person can expect growth within the company which is the reason for the outsourcing and marketing for a better prospect.

It has been a good learning curve, I have had the opportunity to grow and sharpen my ethic skills.

Packology is a small medium company that offers a great variety of learning and furthering our knowledge, it is a company that deals with packaging, we are a team of less than 20 people and we are devoted furthering the company to new heights.

Pros: Learning curve is great as we are team of all hands on deck
Cons: It's a small company so there is minimum chance to grow
