I am eagerly looking forward to work with and for a company that targets change, growth and difference not only internally but also in society at large. I consider myself someone who enjoys creative approaches to potential problems and solutions. I am also challenged by a sense of thoroughness, commitment and hard work, qualities honed by my previous academic background. In my current academic/research position, I have been fortunate to gain as asset dealings in diversity with regards to age, race, gender and various nationalities. I am currently attached to the focus area of Human Resource Management, labour Relations Management and Training and Development geared towards work wellness in the workplace, a niche which has proudly gained increasing international acclaim and support. I believe in continuous self-development with regards to training and education.

Do best in what ever that you do so that what you do can take care of yourself.

typical day to day of dealing with inquires from the employees factors that affect their presence at work how do aid the employee empowerment and skills development ways of motivating individuals because it is not about money that a worker will be dedicated to there work but through things likes awards when they have completed their task efficiently, managing team building as to what is it that the company wants to achieve their mission and objectives.. mostly personally I enjoy driving people to be the best in what they do by merely saying ensuring that resources are allocated to what needs to be achieved and see people working together in harmony through rules principles and procedures that guides them in the institution.

Pros: as i m an intern and they is still a renewal that is ought to take place i think my need to take my skills to other avenues to broadened what i like and passionate about most.
