My role is very interesting

It is a well respected NGO with a good brand - I always have a long to do list - I relate to everyone very well regardless of level - I learnt Benefits Administration, Payroll administration and practical experience of CCMA - I enjoy negotiation, managing various projects and report writing - I like challenges that force me out of my comfort and stimulating

Pros: It is a reputable and grwoing organisation
Cons: long hours

Motivation

I'm a very hardworking person who's always dedicated to the work that I do and believes a lot in service delivery. Tasks assigned to me are always completed on time and to the best of ability.
