Opportunity to learn how other programs run projects

It is good to learn how other organizations manage projects and the different implementation mechanisms that work, and the way reporting and the company structure is planned. I have a friendly disposition, and always have a professional demeanor with everyone. I respect colleagues, clients and everyone I meet. I have learned that it is important to always treat others with dignity, no matter what their level of education or social standing is. The main challenge with my current job is that most of the requests come in at the last minute and I have to ensure that I manage to deliver the request at the required time while ensuring that my deadlines are met.

Pros: Great opportunity and learning curve
Cons: Lot of paperwork
