it is a small company that is privately owned and has little room for growth. I am a person who is still young and currently hold a degree in Operations Management. I would like to see myself one day becoming a leader I have the drive and focus to succeed in life

Excellent in learning

Working for pail pac is quickly good, they put safety first ,quality and quantity, its a good environment. I have learnt communication skiill Team working skill Controlling the quality skill Meticulous skill I have learnt that we learn from our mistakes and the company did encourage to not scare on failing. I actually want to leave the current company hence my experience is big and i am kind of a person who always want to explore and learn new things, i am really encouraged to be part of organisation that motivates the personal development and growth. I have been inspecting buckets for many year i just want move to the next experience but in a quality assurance too and i willing to learn new things and grow financially too

Excellent working condition

Working at Pail Pac ever day was challenging because ever day is not a same of which I like it. Good working stuff. I've learn that communication with your co-workes it's makes your job easier.

Excellent learning curve

I am a dedicated young man with lost of visions and goals. Having an ability to finish the Job given early then the time given. I have worked with a bunch of achievers who are liable and hard workers. I intend to be bringing in more value and support to the team working with and helping to fulfill the companies goals and achievements

Good Working Environment

Nice environment to work in and very challenging and eye opening. I have learned a lot from problem solving, work well with my co-workers. Most challenging part when you have to think out of the box, come with solutions,
