It is a great space to work in, from the team to our customers it's great. To a hard-working team work and communication. Our customers are respecting and very humble. The most challenging is when you have to tell the customer you are out of stock, it annoying

Great environment for learning

It has been an uplifting experience, considering the environment we are in, our company operate in the the Gordon's Institute of Business Science, which is the business school for the university of Pretoria. Hence the uplifting experience. I have an excellent working relation with my co-workers. My experience has toot me good customer service which I think I have just mastered even though there still room for improvement. The challenging aspect for me is to tell the customer certain things are out of stock

Pros: Great opportunity for growth and learning
Cons: Not being communicated to in time or informed in time
