Excellent learning curve

I'm Learning to clean and operate some machine.and Iwas very happy because if I'm making mistake the boss or superviser was not shouting me in front of poeple.he calling you in the office then tell you your mistake and if ur have atittude he gave u a warning. I'm learn to work with other people and I learn to drive the pallet jack and pack the pallet.I enjoy everything in this job because when I'm working must listen your boss he/she telling you something like now live it here now go to make onother thing you must do don't ask many question or don't let your attitude on your boss and other poeple.and my boss tell me u must respect your job and your job you must clean to make client happy for our job

Biggest mistake

Not a nice place to work for, if you looking for a long time job. Old staff are too controlling. Always looking for ways to fire new staff. CEO in charge should be retired, but hard to let go. Too many family members working there. Group of companies, Job is not stable, push and move you around according to their comfort. Worst place to work for anyone especially female's.

Pros: Non
Cons: Long hours, abusive behaviour from Director, Working for 2 old people. At first seems rosey, untill you get there. Overall staff is miserable, work because they need to.Not a happy place
