Exellent learning experience
Working at PGP was wonderful. the pay was extremely good for the province and small town I lived it. It covered more than I possibly needed. I learnt a lot and enjoyed every moment of it. I have a passion for people & dealing with people no matter how or where. I loved working in a team and achieving a goal together. It was an extreme honor to work for such a well known brand. everyday was a new experience working with 9 agents swing them out on the field , changing up the branding every morning , locking and opening up the shop , being a personal assistant to all agents along with running the office as a whole and seeing if everyone is getting daily tasks done. I had an amazing relationship with all my co workers. What I enjoyed the most about this job is the challenges that were given and the excitement of selling a house. The most Challenging part of this job is making sure you in the lead at all times , with 6 other agencies competing.

I am looking to develop my strong interpersonal, communication skill into a new environment.
I have flexible working hours, which includes busy days. I do work on a computer however i spend most of my time on the road presenting Mandates and showing houses. I have a good working relation with most of my colleagues, also able to assist one another in any way possible. I also consider them not only as colleagues but family as well. i have learned not to limit my self and that hard work always pays, always stay humble and treat every person equility it doesnt matter their background or who they are. I love to shop, travelling and interacting with new people from time to time. The most challenging aspect of my job is cold calling, people can be rude and defficult at times, but i always have to be patient and humble since at the end of the day thats were my salary comes from.
Pros: Great opportunity in terms of growth, and how well known the company is which gives an opportunity of being recognised.

A team of service providers
PGP is a great company. The people are diverse and every day brings new challenges. Maintaining the biggest rental portfolio in the Western Cape is busy and allows me to build and maintain good working relationships with our branches (who I provide initial services to). A typical work day is quite methodical. Timeframes and deadlines are the core of the day. We work within a team, both in our office to ensure effective service levels and with our branches, to ensure a premium service to our home owners & tenants. Having moved through the ranks in our department, starting with the smallest portfolio, reception and office admin. I've learned to multi task, time manage, work within the team as well as work on my own to achieve and make relevant deadlines. I enjoy training new staff members, mentoring them over time and building relationships. The most frustrating part of the job would be dealing with ineffective members of the team who do not have the same service delivery ethos.

i work from 9h00 to 5h00 good relationship with workers i have learnt about clients always come first i love working with the clients is getting the accounts up to date

Challenging work and a lot to learn at the same time
typical work but challenging at the same time. you have to be a self starter and motivated and mostly you work on your own and share your work with colleagues especially your listing of good properties.

Outstanding industry to work within.
Planning in advance, plotting and cold calling, client customer services, work with commitment to meet clients needs at all times.Work with integrity and making sure you deliver what is expect of you at all times. No business is too small to complete My property exposure has gain me more knowledge about the what matters most to the clients, to respect their space, being able to give them security with their lives, building trust of confidentiality with their information and their privacy
Pros: Property Investment wrt understand the financial stability and economy of our country.
Cons: The economy determines the business between the sellers and buyers.

Excellent learning curve
Currently employed as a real estate agent, love meeting new people and making dreams come true but I need a steady income. Property sales are based on commissions only. Sourcing new properties daily is task and not so easy, lots of driving around and keeping people happy is the main aim.

Great place to launch a PR role
No day is the same work well with colleagues from other regions ThI have learnt a lot about the residential property market as a PR cosnultnat which has encriched my knowledge as a hournalist. Dealing with diffefent people and working from various offices is the most interrsting part of my job. Meeting deadlines at short notice - the challenge is sometimes not meeting the deadline itself but getting signed approvals for media queries and comments.
Pros: Great learning experience if you are starting out or wanting to enhance your real estate knowledge (residential)
Cons: No room for growth /promotion or training offered

Excellent working environment
Great people and great work environment. But the salary is bad because I cant even afford to find a place a car or anything for that matter. The people are welcoming and friendly.

Pay attention to detail and client are always right
I have learnt a lot while working at the company, tough me how to o deal with different people with different personalities and to take note and pay attention to detail
