Excellent learning curve

I am all rounder administrator. I run 3 switchboards, we are a very busy open plan office. On a Monday we have our weekly meetings, our is office is full, very noisy and busy, all the agents are demanding work. I am able to keep all agents happy. Im fast and efficient. I meet all deadlines. I have excellent relationship with all co-workers and am a team player.

Excellent opportunity

Good company with good bussiness skills and very professional. I had lovely oppertunity to grow and have been thought a lot. I enjoyed the opportunity and I am grateful for the oppertunity given.

Not for the faint hearted

In the current market you have to be resilient and persevere. I call 15 to 25 potential sellers everyday. These contacts I source from either people who call in for a valuation or I cold call a street in my designated area. Networking is the name of the game and because of my financial planner experience networking comes as a second nature. I enjoy the challenge of convincing a seller to grant me a mandate to sell their property. I enjoy closing the deal even more but also whilst providing excellent service.

Great people skills

A typical workday for me is meeting new clients and list their homes, negotiate prices etc. The best part of my job is to take a buyer to a property and they fall in love with it immediately. Not one work day is the same everyday you meet new people, new personalities etc. My relationship with my co-workers are excellent. as I am the longest in this industry they always ask me for assistance which i am glad to give. I have learned a lot about people, the industry, lawyers, deeds office etc. I enjoy working with people. i enjoy meeting new people everyday. The most chalenging of my job is to get the right houese at the rifght price for my buyers.

Excellent Culture

PGP was like a family. I got on with all staff and executives. Everyone is on first name bases and there is an great respect, support and admiration amongst excutives and collegues. Everyone worked in together with a sense of fun and total professionalism. I was well respected for and brought much maturity and to IT. I was given great opportunity to manage there full IT service from DC to Service Desk and Vendors. Love my time with PGP
