Targeting GP Profit is base of any good business so there for pushing and exceeding this is the ultimate goal. I appreciate the fact that my team and i are a 1 x unit team, we work together and have common synergy between each other. Internal processes not allowing company to soar to greater highs, companies needs to align better with new world trends. Pushing for GP sales should be goal. Having Short term goals and long terms goals and setting realistic KPI settings to match is critical. Improving Sales History numbers for previous years are also checked and managed. Business to business approach is vital in new business tredns
