Rude awakening

The company has a great brand but it is compromised by a very short sighted and autocratic MD . The culture is toxic with everyone wanting to leave. The MD changes his mind every 2 hours and everyone is in disarray

New development in starting up company in South Africa

Running two different portfolio's has taught me to multitask and develop my team to adhere to structure and process. I have learnt that people are the most important asset in a company and how you treat them is above all else. I enjoy watching others develop and learn as well as watching a project come to fruition. The most challenging parts of my job are the culture changes from an International company and South African culture, the internal and international politics is difficult to deal with. Ethics in general are the cornerstone to a company.
