I'm a dedicated to my work I'm too corporative,team working I've learned a lot I this field about how to treat customers I enjoy my job mostly because I now understand Quality. Most challenging aspects is competition with other companies,to produce a Quality product and to certisfy a customer needs and sell good quality.by using Quality standards

Excellent learning

My name is Nthabiseng Patience, surname Mashabela . I am a female of 25 years of age and I have grade 12 and N3 in mechanical engineering and I am a qualified Millwright (artisan ). Challenging

The market is tough only one big client government owned. No job security with environment trading in. Growth not possible. Positions ear marked for certain individuals. No sustainability plan evident.
