Exelent learnig curve

i am very dedicated and in charge person with good communication skills, i always put on 100% effort at what i do. i adapt easily, i also have a great working relationship with co-workers, i always keep good communication with them so i can learn from them as they learn from me. i enjoy every moment of success i have whenever fixing a breakdown it feels different anytime.

Pros: great oppotunity for promotion and good salary
Cons: long working hours

What I have learnt:

I have started working for the Group after matric. I started off as a recruitment consultant/Administrator for the Training Devision. I have learnt a great deal with regards to the training/engineering sector and found it satisfactory by helping less fortunate candidates to complete apprenticeships. With time, I moved over to Quality, once again another learning curve which i enjoy. Every day is something new to learn. Working with good people and having awesome relationships makes it a whole lot easier to get the job done at the end of the day.

Pros: good working relationships
Cons: traffic to work is inconvinient; would like to have more oppertunities to study further.
