I get along well with my co-workers and I generally most of the staff even those who work a different shift to mine. I have learnt from this company that teaching can be a humbling experience where you come across many challenges. I have also sharpened my skills in terms of thinking on my feet and problem solving.

Interpersonal skills, Good communication skills, Hard working, punctual,
I go to work around 12 midday when i have a shift and try to pick up more classes through out the day. I leave the office around midnight. I am friendly with most of my co-workers, except the ones I don't know well I can be reserved a bit towards people I don't know. I have learned and practices a lot of patience and multitasking and my multitasking skills have become better. I enjoy meeting new students everyday from different backgrounds and learning more about their cultures. The most challenging aspect has to the inconsistency of shifts, I have have a shift for Friday now but come Friday the shift might not be there becalms my classes did not get booked. So I have to be pro-active and be sure I give good lessons at all times to make sure the students book me again or they recommend me to other students and always coming up with different ways of explaining concept because all students are different and respond and understand differently. i can not parrot every lesson.
Pros: Great opportunity to learn new things and new languages, the opportunity to travel and go teach overseas in the long run.
Cons: disturbed sleeping pattens

Great way to develop peoples'skills
My typical work day is very busy. I usually work for about 8 to 9 hours a day but sometimes it is less. My work environment is very stimulating because I work with about 30 colleagues and we share the same working space. We teach English to foreigners through the computer and it does require a lot of patience because sometime you are in situations where the person you are teaching only has a minimal understanding of the language so that is definitely the challenging part of my job. And what I enjoy the most is the different characters of people you teacher daily.
Pros: Flexible working hours
Cons: No opportunity for promotion
