I'm a person whose open to learn and I can always go the etxtra mile and i'm a hard working person

I,m a person who enjoy working hard whose always looking forward to new challenges, and enjoy team work cause I learned a lot of different skills in working as team. And I take every day as it comes as challenge, my relationship with my co workers is great because when going is getting tough they know they can count on me, what I also enjoyed a lot was facing lot of different challenges that build my strength and confidence also problem solving skills. And the most challenging aspects where new challenges that I always overcome with positive attitude, like I was supervisor for one week of which that was challenging to me but maintaining a positive attitude the week was like two days, I learned problem solving team work, communication with clients. That was the most challenging aspects, and responsibilities but with positive outcomes.

Pros: Great opportunities for promotion, working under preasure without any supervision and getting the job done and working accuretly without damage of things and mostly to meet the terget that is been set befor you also meeting the deadline and to alway reach the target. and be present at work all the time.
Cons: if needed I can work, if compulsory I counted on

Learnt a lot about meeting new people, office automation marketing products

My typical days work would be calling new customers for appointment, meeting client , looking for interested clients in our products. My relationship with fellow employees is good i get along well with employees, always assisting where i can to ensure that a days work is productive. I have learnt to be able to speak to all people to listen to there needs and assist I enjoy the time i have for myself, i make appointments and meet then as i do travel vast distances. The most challenging aspects is looking for clients that are interested in our products as times are hard and not everyone is financially strong and meeting targets are tough but challenging

Pros: Can be rewarding , nice working hours, learn on daily basis
Cons: Not always easy to meet targets

Great learning working experience

Working for Pansolutions has been an,awesome experience, where I have developed & learned so many duties as an employee...I have been given opportunity to do different positions within the organisation. I work 8hrs a day. It has been a pleasure being nominated as an employment equity member to represent my department for 3yrs nw, regarding working issues. I feel so grateful that I can stand for my fellow colleagues on different matters. I have learnt throughout my career with the company, that as an individual you need to be focused, dedicated and hard working to get to what you want to achieve. Unfortunately, there are no bonuses in the company and incentives for your hard work... Which I believe those would motivate employees even more.
