Work starts at 7:00am going through my emails, any outstanding quality issues. Then I take walk by factory, obvious greet your coworkers discuss any quality issues encountered during production lines.contact their team leaders or foreman we discuss any quality issues,unsolved. I enjoy solving problems that require quality knowledge.why

Pros: I am looking forward for growth within the organization
Cons: I am familiar working little bit longer hours, but I believe that work for the day must be completed not carried over the next day

Well known by people, have got management skills

Have excellent people skills, easy to adapt to an environment. Fast learner to systems. Hard worker. Meet deadlines even if I have to work through the evening.

CAREER DEVELOPMENT AND GROWTH

IM MORE OF A PERSON THAT IS AMBITIOUS AND MOTIVATED BY OPPORTUNITIES GIVEN BY EMPLOYER FOR MY GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT . MY EVERYDAY JOBS RESPONSIBILITIES ARE THE INSTALLATION OF ALL PNEUMATIC EQUIPMENT , PLANNING ,TESTING AND INSPECTING BEFORE RELEASING MY WORK TO THE QUALITY DEPARTMENT. AT TIMES ITS DIFFICULT TO DO LEAKS TEST . IM SELF MOTIVATED AND CAN WORK INDEPENDENTLY . IM MORE OF A TEAM WORKER THAN AN INDIVIDUAL .

A huge learning experience and growing opportunity as a professional.

I grew immensely as a HR professional and I am looking forward to sharing my experience with my next employer. The most challenging but meaningful experience was dealing with the Unions, especially when it comes to IR matters as well as consultation.

Pros: Had an opportunity to run the entire HR department
