Excellent company and grew a lot in my career.

Great company to work for and to be a part of. Unfortunately they went through financial problems and had to reduce over heads as well as close some of the production sites.

Pros: Fast pace environment and a lot to learn regarding the defense industry
Cons: Traveling to 3rd world countries and being out of SA a lot.

Excellent learning

I started working at Paramount with no experience they showed me how to grind weld and be part if a team under leadership of someone else. I wanted more and moved to the stores where I learned what gies where and where do they come from.in April 2017 I moved to the assembly line and started my mechanical fitter career i loved every hard working moment. In January of this year the company decided to go through voluntary liquidation due to financial reasons. I muyss being part of a team that produces something out of nothing.
