Pros: The only reason I have ever been successful in my career is because I always look at the bottom line. It’s been my nature to come up with creative solutions to the toughest problems – problems that make most people squirm. It does not matter what the challenge is, I have my own internal performance guidelines and standards that always lead me to victory in the end.

Generally a great company to work for

Great working hours and home based opportunities Some departments can become very siloed. Generally a great company to work for with professional and friendly colleagues. The major point would just be finding the right fit of department for your skillset.

Pros: Generally friendly and professional colleagues but is very much department related
Cons: Not a lot of transparency. Seniors often make process decisions without knowing the various job tasks.

High performance culture

PAREXEL is a global clinical research Organization which performs clinical trials for external partners such as sponsors. Highly stressful environment, need to always pay attention to detail, high performance culture and culturally diverse. Advantages: flexibility, the company is technologically savvy, competency, personal and career growth. Disadvantage: stressful environment and long hours
