Excellent learning curve
The most challenging aspect is problem solving skills, sometimes we deal with confused or irritated customers. Having patience helps stay polite even in stressful situations. I enjoy the different challenges each day as that's how we learn.

Great Experience
Payroll is my strong point I do training, recruitment via a platform I see to all IR Performance appraisals I generally have active relationships with my co-workers I have learnt a lot as a HR Manager due to previously working as a HR Administrator IR is one of my challenges, not because I'm not comfortable and confident doing it, its just the Disciplinary hearings and CCMA cases that gets the better of me.
