Good Learining curve

This is a company that everyone will like to work for. I have a good working relationship with my co-workers and my personality gels well within the organisation. I have learned more in addition to what I have learned from my previous companies. I enjoy been involved more within projects, attending projects meetings on site, following up with contractors on site as well as working with the budget. (comparing expenses incurred with the actual budgets) and managing the sub contractors budgets. the most challenging aspects is to negotiating with the client when there is a scope creep and the client is not willing to pay.

Pros: There is no room for growth
Cons: Working hours a perfect
