I have learnt a lot in the company on tendering and Request for quotations, doing presentation, negotiations, writing submissions reports for Bid Adjudication and analysing specification before tabled at Bid specification committee. I endure that I updates my clients (end users)timeously. I love challenge as it makes me grow and manage to deliver accordingly.e.g coordinatin an event in one day and manage to deliver accordingly. I have more than 10years working experience.

Pros: I deserve to be acknowledged
Cons: I give the company more than 8hours and dont normally take lunch break

Good growth of learning

I had a great experience working at a big services industry which is under the government. There's a lot of pressure yes, but it help for growth, to experience working with a big group of people, a lot of managers and supervisors. Since the company is that big, I also had an advantage of working from a lot of different types of department like, the Supply Chain department, the Material handling department and the Permanent way department. Having to have to state working from these different types of environment with different people and reporting to different managers ever now and then gave me a lot of gain in knowledge when it comes to the world of work.

Graet for growth

I have worked for Prasa for 7 years. I have grow extensively as a result of being inthe organisation. I enjoyed interaction with tenant and service providers.

Growing within the Organisation

I worked for Prass for a period of 8 years as a Facilities Manager. I believe that I have the required skills and experience for the job. I was working with the maintenance crew managing day to day maintenance, upgrades, budgeting, and cleaning of Properties.

Pros: Great opportunity for development of skills and education

It is a very good company to work for. Unfortunately, it doesn't have promotion policy. Rewards and recognition are also not in place for employee motivation
