Beast learning experience

My typical work day starts at 7 am, Monday to Fridays. i enjoy the fact that i get to work with people, yes you do get the difficult ones as well, but as i have learned in time, there is always a way to calm them down. I must say I love my co-workers as we all work well together as a team. i have learned a lot at this Company, staying calm in difficult situations and hard times was the best i have learned. the most Difficult aspect of my job is to deal with difficult customers and to always keep them happy, but that is what i like doing, for me it is a challenge.

Pros: At this company there is no room to grow
Cons: the hours is long but no room to grow at this company

Horrible experience

according to me, the first year working with them is enjoyable, great and bearable but after that they don't appreciate you anymore you just an employee whose being controlled every minute and them overwork a person and push people to resign

Pros: great opportunity to get experience
Cons: long working hours
