Do I Prefer to work as a team or individual: Both are my favorite because some time I learn a lot from them and some time its gives me a room of my own to grow ,to take responsibility,to take my own decision if need to be. I work well under-stress because I try by all means to means to stay calm as soon as possible and prioritize .

Great working environment, friendly co-workers long hours

TthThe company has a great working environment, only if they were paying employees I hope this email finds you well. I wish to know if Unisa accepts private institutions (MANCOSA) higher certificates as minimum requirements towards a Bcom qualification application. Regards, Anele Ndlovu wages 7g

Pros: Small companies make it easier to get to the top, promotions are not scarce
Cons: Long working hours, being underpaid and overworked
