Great career enhancer

- A typical work day starts with arranging the schedule for maintenance techs, arranging CIT companies to un-cash and open safes for the techs. Making sure the techs are on schedule and have all the necessary stock from out warehouse - I have a good relationship with my co-workers as I rely a lot on them for example the maintenance techs have to send back data to update on Signal Tower and the integrity of the data relies entirely on them. - I have learnt things don't always go as planned in a project but instead of panicking you need to think on your feet and come up with plan B - I enjoy seeing the results of our security project and seeing the system work at it's full capacity - Internal stakeholders not as committed to the project can be very challenging

Pros: Challenging but very interesting
Cons: because we build the system ourselves, sometimes the system fails on site and we have to g back and reinstall so this delays our time to complete the project

Excellent learning curve

I don't have much to say about the previous company. They only promoted white people. If you can look at the management structure as how many black managers. Only two in such a big company. It's a disgrace.

Pros: Great opportunity for growth
Cons: Not treated fairly
