Wonderful environment and excellent leadership

Management is incredible and the staff are great to work with. I have a good relationship with all staff and management. I have learnt a lot about team work and loyalty as well as the Payroll and HR Industry. I enjoy creating and developing strategies. Everyday is different. The challenging aspect is the workload since there are not that many doing what I do in the company.

Pros: Great place to build a career and stability in the long run
Cons: Salary is not that great

Execellent Company Culture

Excellent company culture High staff morale Challenge - No assistance in my department or team to delegate work to. This puts a lot of pressure on me having to deliver on deadline and meet all objectives. The other concern is that there is no opportunity for promotion n my position. I enjoy my work as a whole, coming up with campaigns, design and interacting with staff through internal marketing campaigns. I am always complimented on the quality and professionalism of my work and that is rewarding in itself.

Pros: Great Company Culture which results in high staff morale
Cons: Salaries are not sufficient
