When clients always complementing your work, finishing work on time and team work

Everyday having meeting on what to do and how we are going to do it.team.work and individual are one of very important things when working ..I enjoy individual work because you get to know and understand each everything you are doing step by step. The most challenging aspect of the day is when you get a client that that is looking for a panel in a very short period.

Pros: When a client is always complimenting your work.
Cons: Taking over on someone else's work.

Excellent learning curve

Team work and individual work Flexible working hours but over time sometimes I have learnt to prepare for your work I enjoy individual work The most challenging is when a client is standing next to you waiting for the job to be done.

Wonderful working environment

Working for PBA has been a great experience. My boss allows his employees to thrive in their strengths. Leaves a lot of room for his employees to do things their way, keeping in mind that it needs to be beneficial for all parties involved. There was room for growth and improvement daily and due to the nature of the work you were challenged daily and kept on your toes because of different deadlines daily, weekly etc. All co workers are lovely people to work worth, helpful and willing to make the dream / vision to work with teamwork

Pros: Freedom to be yourself
Cons: Overtime hours could be really long
